Need help with Algebra problem. Can anyone figure this out and show their work?

1. Bob can eat 1 whole Turkey in 3 hours. Jimmy can eat 1 whole turkey in 2 hours. A - How much time do they need working together to eat a total of 6 turkeys. 
B- Assuming hes never tired of eating, how many Turkeys can Bob eat in 1,2,3,4,5...T hours? 

Tom the Turkey can fly 20 miles downwind and the same 20 miles back upwind in a total of 7 hours. If the wind goes 3 mph, how fast does Tom fly?
