A landscape archtiect wants to create a rectangular garden on 1 side with shrubbery that is $40 per foot, and use fencing for the other 3 sides that costs $25 per foot. 

They want to enclose their garden with a rectangular area of 2500 square ft. 

1. What are the formulas for the cost and area in terms of the length and width of the garden? 

2. What is the length, width, and cost? 

3. How many feet of shrubbery and fencing will they need to purchase in order to build the garden to minimize their cost?
