How to tell these 3 capacitors apart?



I have 3 variable capacitors: "FT mini 2-5pF", "FT mini 3-10pF", "FT mini 6.2-30pF" - one is green, the other is white, the third one is blue. Which is which? I cannot see a writing on them. May I measure these with the multimeter or turn them during the measurement without making the multimeter go bad?
