Each duplex will occupy a 48 square meter area. There will be OPEN SPACES instead of backyard. 2 meters on each side and 1.5 meters in front. 

1. what dimension of the duplex will minimize the lot area? 
2. What are the dimensions of each lot? 
3. How big (Dimensions and total floor area) is an apartment? 

The community is to be built on 7200 square meter parcel of land. Common area at the end of the community is 18 meters wide and runs the length of the community. At the front of the community is 6meter entrace, the convenience store and the community center. This will take 4-meter wide area 

The housing units will be put in a way that there are 4 blocks parallel to each other. The main road from the entrance to the common area at the end and the rains perpendicular to it are at least 6meters wide. The other roads will be atleast 5 meters wide 

1. what dimensions of the land will maximize the whole community area? 
2. How many duplex units can be positions side to side along one street? 
3. Is it possible to have sidewalks? Iff so, where and how wide are these?
