Biology question about genes - help?

Firstly are two chromatids called a chromosome? 
Secondly is most of our chromosome pairs homologous like 22 pairs out of 23 because the 23rd one is a sex linked 
Thirdly when a female mammal release a gammete will the blood group of the mamamal be the same for the gamete always before fertilisation. For e.g if a heterozygous female has a blood group of dominant allele A and recessive O then will the gamete all ways have A before fertilisation or can it have O blood group as well.
