Please help me how to prepare a 500mL solution of 0.25 mol / L solution of sodium carbonate. Please show all the calculations. 
Then , please advise me how to determine the exact concentration of an unknown solution of hydrochloric acid using the above standard sodium carbonate solution. Please give all details and show all the calculations. I estimate the HCl solution to have concentration approx 0.30mol/L
