When the ketchup dispenser at a fast food restaurant is completely depressed, it dispense a man of 15 mL if ketchup with a standard deviation of 0.75 mL. Assuming that the distribution is normal, what is the probability that a hamburger will receive less than 14 mL of ketchup in one complete press? 
Answer: 0.0918 

The cutting blade lasts a mean time of 550 h with a standard deviation of 20 h. To avoid cuttin g errors, probability of a failure to less than 0.002. How many hours should the blade be used before replacement? 
Answer: 492.4 h
