Chem Help?!: Reasons for Measured and Theoretical Cell Voltages Difference?

Some of your measured E cell values will be significantly different than the theoretical values. For which combined cells is this most evident? Give possible reasons for this other than errors that you may have made in making the measurements.

I found that the most evident difference was between Aluminum (Al3+ | Al) and Lead (Pb2+ | Pb).

The lead was the positive half-cell. The measured E cell was 360 mV and the theoretical was -1785 mV, which is a 2145 mV difference.

Why was there such a large difference between the measured and theoretical besides errors?
