Memory and file management while multitasking

Hi, I have a question. It's for a homework, haha.





You have a computer with a lot of large-sized data and not enough memory left. You are going to use the computer for watching a video from DVD/VCD while also printing a big file.



The questions

1. How does the movement of the data work?

2. During the process, what does each component do? (CPU, RAM, I/O, etc.)

3. Estimate the time needed (such as with tBuffer, tSave, tLoad).
