North American Free Trade Agreement NAFTA includes expansive rules on investment designed to grant special legal protection and new rights to corporations. It is an international commercial agreement between U.S, Mexico and Canada.

NAFTA allows corporations to sue the national government of NAFTA country in secret arbitration tribunals it their investment conflicts will, NAFTA rights. Due to this reason NAFTA is called Free Trade Area of the Americas.

NAFTA takes into consideration worker’s rights and quality of job its presence was considered to be required in order to provide thousands of full time, high wage, benefit- paying manufacturing jobs.
